In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, all Amano products are packaged with the same attention to sustainability as our design.  This means that we do not ship with any styrofoam or plastics (although in some cases we will re-use packaging elements that have been sent to us from our materials suppliers)

We exclusively use vegetable tanned leather. Our natural, durable, and richly colored leather is made using tannins from tree bark and plant matter, is non-toxic (unlike most other leather), and will last a lifetime with proper care.
